May 24, 2026, 6:04 a.m. ET The full eight-team Women's College World Series bracket will be set on Sunday, May 24, after a few winner-take-all super regional matchups. No. 7 seed Tennessee was the first team to clinch its berth to Oklahoma City when it defeated No. 10 seed and fellow SEC team Georgia in two games. On May 23, the Vols were followed by, in order, No. 4 Nebraska, No. 5 Arkansas, No. 1 Alabama and No. 8 UCLA. Only three spots remain up for grabs on May 24 for the WCWS. No. 3 Oklahoma and Mississippi State will look for one out of the Norman Super Regional, as will No. 2 Texas and Arizona State (Austin) and No. 6 Florid and No. 11 Texas Tech (Gainesville). The Sooners, who won four national championships from 2021-24, are in jeopardy of missing the WCWS for the first time since 2015. So are the Longhorns, the reigning national champions.
