Taylor Fritz unrecognisable as US star shows off bold new look to fans at gig

Tennis star Taylor Fritz showed off an unrecognisable look that stunned fans at a concert in the United States. Fritz was in attendance at a Kygo gig in Los Angeles when he was invited up on stage before the performance started. But those familiar with the 26-year-old were forced to double-take when Fritz waltzed up sporting a strapping new blonde look. Donning a snapback, the ATP ace’s new bleach-blonde locks could be seen just about poking out the side of his cap. Just last month Fritz opened BOSS’ show at Milan Fashion Week. Speaking to the Tennis Channel in September, Fritz told the Tennis Channel: “Yesterday was a really crazy day for me. “I took a flight to Milan yesterday morning. They told me I was opening the show, so I was a little bit nervous. Previously, when I walked, it was following somebody, so it's a bit easier to just, like, follow someone, match this, match the pace. So, yeah, opening it is a lot more. Things could go wrong, but it went pretty well,” he smiled. “And then I came back here, practised, and did all this stuff last night, too. So yesterday was a very long day!” It comes just after Frtiz was knocked out of the Shanghai Masters at the semi-final stage last week, losing in straight sets to Novak Djokovic. His run to the last four bumped him up to sixth in the rankings, but Fritz was forced to pull out of his next event. He was scheduled to play at the Vienna Open in the Austrian capital but despite entering as one of the top seeds, Fritz’s withdrawal was confirmed following the Shanghai Masters.
