Orphaned Rhino Baby Showing off His Soccer Skills at Rescue Facility Has People Cheering

It is always sad when a baby animal is orphaned. They have lost their family and parents and have no one to take care of them, which not only gives them a disadvantaged start in life but also threatens their chances of survival. However, there are organizations out there that rescue baby animals, saving them from such horrendous fates. Reinhold, the baby rhino, is one such orphan who was recently taken in by an animal shelter. And as sad as it is that Reinhold is now an orphan, it is wonderful to know that he is being given a chance to thrive in his new home. Since arriving at this facility, Reinhold has received lots of “care, milk, and love, and he’s now almost 70 kg and gaining strength every day.” Reinhold may have had a rough start in life, but he is clearly finding his stride at this rescue facility.
