No. 4 Ramsey tops Ridgewood in 2OT - Girls soccer - Bergen County semifinals

Emma Cengarle scored on a penalty kick with 4:03 left in double overtime to give top-seeded Ramsey, No. 4 in the NJ.com Top 20, a 3-2 victory over fourth-seeded Ridgewood in the Bergen County Tournament semifinals in Oradell.
It was the eighth goal of the season for Cengarle, a junior, who set the put the shot inside the left post.
Katie Rubin forced overtime for Ramsey (19-0) when she scored off a corner kick in the 53rd minute to tie the game at 2-2. Lizzie Rubin had a goal in the first half, Bella Baldino made two saves and Abby Tostkowski had one.
Ramsey makes its first trip to the Bergen County final since 2018 when it plays second-seeded and No. 5 Ramapo on Nov. 2 at River Dell High School in Oradell.
Anna McHugh and Gabriella Winn both scored a goal for Ridgewood (9-10).
