Morningside University closer to acquiring St. Luke’s College

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Morningside University is moving one step closer to acquiring Saint Luke’s College. There still needs to be a final regulatory approval from the U.S. Department of Education in order to complete the merger and consolidation. Until that happens, St. Luke’s College will continue to operate as a separate college. The announcement that Morningside University would be merging with St. Luke’s College was made in July 2025.
