A month ago, everything was crumbling for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Luka Doncic was getting screenshots of him looking out of shape plastered over social media.
LeBron James was being called out for a lack of effort, and some pundits believed the Lakers would be better without him.
Austin Reaves was struggling after returning from an injury that kept him out for a month, with fans wondering whether the Lakers should invest in the undrafted star.
Today, though? The Lakers are rolling.
On Saturday, they reeled off their ninth straight win with Luke Kennard nailing a three-point shot with less than a second to go to beat the Orlando Magic.
Doncic looks like he's as healthy as he's ever been as a Laker and is putting up monstrous numbers every game. James is fighting Father Time and winning at the moment, reversing the clock with some vintage performances. And Reaves, finding his rhythm again, is showing why he would have been an All-Star this season if he hadn't gotten injured.

And over the weekend, the Lakers continued to show their growing team chemistry -- no, not on the court, but on a different sports field: golf.
Doncic, James, Reaves, Bronny James, and a few other team members took photos together while playing golf in Florida during their two-game stay in the state.
James, in particular, has become a golf fanatic over the past two years, with the future Hall of Famer openly admitting that, in his free time after games, all he does is watch golf on YouTube.
The Lakers got even more good news on Sunday, as the league rescinded the technical foul it issued against Doncic against the Magic. If it had stood, Doncic would have been suspended for Monday's game against the Detroit Pistons.
Instead, Doncic, along with James, Reaves, and the rest of the Lakers cast, will head north to Michigan in hopes of extending their win streak to 10 games.
