Ex-Lions RB Montgomery sells Grosse Pointe Shores home for $1.2M

A home owned by former Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery in Grosse Pointe Shores has sold for $1.2 million in a private, off-market deal. The sale of the two-story residence on Lochmoor Boulevard to a buyer from Boston closed May 15, according to real estate agent Alex Chapman of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate in Birmingham, who represented Montgomery in both the purchase and sale.
