Note: Our full girls tennis statewide postseason honors package is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 25, but we wanted to release our conference honors early. Here is the publishing schedule: • None Player of the Year, Team of the Year, Coach of the Year, All-State, All-Group, South Jersey Times, Times of Trenton Kadar and Fred capped their strong season with a doubles title at the prestigious South Jersey Interscholastic Championships. The two also won doubles titles both the Colonial Conference Tournament and the Camden County Championships, and they went 12-2 together in team dual matches at first singles. Fred and Kadar defeated several strong teams such as Shawnee, Robbinsville, West Windsor-Plainsboro South, Moorestown and others this season as Haddonfield won the South Jersey, Group 2 sectional title. Haddonfield captured its 23rd-straight sectional title this fall as it downed Middle Township in the South, Group 2 final. Haddonfield nearly defeated Demarest in the Group 2 semis as first doubles went to a 10-point tiebreaker, and third singles and second doubles both ended in draws. The Bulldawgs finished out the year 19-5 with wins over Robbinsville, Haddon Township, Gateway, Mainland, Clearview, Vineland, Moorestown and Seneca. First doubles Marlina Kadar and Sophie Fred won the SJIC, Colonial Conference and Camden County doubles titles, and Mia Swiecicki won the singles crowns at the Colonial and Camden Tournaments.
