4A Girls Basketball Final: Which MoCo HS Took The Title?

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — The girls Class 4A basketball title was clinched Wednesday night by Walt Whitman High School. The top-ranked Whitman team bested Richard Montgomery High School in a 51-40 match. The win marked the Whitman Vikings' first state championship since 2016. Had the Richard Montgomery Rockets won the final, it would've been their first title since 1996.
