Baseball star Trevor Bauer is suing his sexual assault accuser Lindsey Hill once again, with the former Dodgers pitcher now claiming that she has broken the terms of their 2023 resolution. In that settlement, which followed claims from Hill that Bauer punched her, choked her unconscious, and sodomized her without her consent, both parties agreed not to exchange any money - and not to say anything to the contrary in public. However, Hill wrote on X in June that she was given $300,000 for the legal battle between them to end, and Bauer filed a lawsuit against her this week according to TMZ. In total, Bauer reportedly cited 21 social media posts - as well as a podcast appearance - in which she claimed to have been paid. DailyMail.com has reached out to Bauer's lawyers for comment, but has yet to receive a reply. Bauer, who was suspended 194 games by MLB and has not played in the league since being accused of sexual assault by a total of four women, said in the documents that Hill did receive $300k in insurance policy proceeds - but that he believes the payment to be from her father's policy. He's now seeking $10,000 for each alleged breach - for a total of $220,000 in damages, in addition to attorneys' fees. Bauer and Hill have both admitted to having consensual sex in 2021, though Hill claims that the pitcher went overboard and sexually assaulted her. Bauer was never charged in the case - or in any case, as three other women accused him of sexual assault - and in October of 2023, he and Hill settled respective defamation counter lawsuits against each other. However, the league did investigate Bauer over some of the claims in 2022 and a neutral third-party arbitrator upheld his suspension for a violation of MLB's Domestic Violence , Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Policy. Bauer said in August that MLB has pressured teams against signing him following his suspension. 'Well one team told us it's not their decision, it's an mlb decision,' Bauer wrote Monday on X in a conversation with Cincinnati Reds fans. When contacted for a response by DailyMail.com, a league spokesman shared a previously published statement on the pitcher: 'Trevor Bauer served the entirety of his discipline and is an unrestricted free agent available to sign a contract with any team.' He was released by the Los Angeles Dodgers in January of 2023 as he finished serving his suspension. While Bauer maintains his innocence, he has admitted to 'mistakes' in his personal life and insists he's no longer having 'casual sexual relationships anymore.' An Arizona woman was also indicted by a grand jury in Maricopa County on fraud and extortion charges involving Bauer and another man, although the exact allegations remain unclear. That woman, Darcy Adanna Esemonu, was indicted in March on allegations that she 'knowingly did obtain a benefit from Marco Bresciant and Trevor Anthony Bauer, by means of fraudulent pretenses, representation, promises, or material omissions,' according to the indictment provided to DailyMail.com. Esemonu faces up to 16 years in prison if convicted on all charges. Bauer has pitched in Japan and - most recently - Mexico since being released by the Dodgers.
