From March 16 to June 19, 2026 Spring Program – 14 Weeks Total (7 Indoor + 7 Outdoor) We have 14 weeks in total to complete the Spring program, following AlligatorShot’s 360º planning system. Spring is one of the four mesocycles in our annual master plan (macrocycle). You can choose the option that best fits your schedule: from 2 days per week to 3, 4, or 5 days — or simply individual days. Let’s work together to find the best option for you. Location Acton Racquet Club 10 Granite Road, Acton, MA First 7 weeks indoors Final 7 weeks outdoors on the new ARC courts Training Structure All programs follow the AlligatorShot 360º Development System: Technical · Tactical · Physical · Mental We build personal development plans for every player, tailored to their specific needs and stage of development for competitive tennis. Fitness and functional training are integrated into every academy session. Program Options Pre-Competition Academy For developing players beginning the competitive pathway (ages approx. 10–14) Monday / Wednesday / Friday 3:30–6:00 PM Functional training: 5:30–6:00 PM Competition Academy For tournament-level players (ages approx. 12–18) Monday–Friday 5:00–8:00 PM Integrated fitness: 5:00–6:00 PM Cocos Academy (Red / Orange / Green Ball) For players ages 5–10 building their tennis foundations. Beginners and experienced Cocos welcome. Red Ball Mon / Wed / Fri — 4:00–5:00 PM Green Ball I Mon / Wed / Fri — 5:00–6:00 PM Green Ball II Tue / Thu — 4:30–6:00 PM Weekend Options • Private lessons available on Saturdays • Sunday High School Drop-In Clinic — 1:00–4:00 PM • Weekend events and tournaments coming soon Contact Po directly to coordinate scheduling.
