AJ Dybantsa isn't the only Wizards rookie making noise in Las Vegas

AJ Dybantsa might be the name getting most of the attention in Washington, but he's not the only Wizards rookie making a case for himself in Las Vegas. Felix Okpara has put together a solid Summer League showing. It's impressive. The 6-foot-10 forward-center was originally selected in the second round of the 2026 NBA Draft by Orlando Magic before being traded to Washington, and he's already showing why he could become a useful piece. In his Summer League finale, Okpara finished with 13 points on 6-for-13 shooting while also clocking eight rebounds. The numbers weren't eye-popping, but they showed the kind of production teams like to see from a young big man trying to carve out a role. There's one area, though, where Okpara still has some cleaning up to do. He finished the game with seven fouls, a reminder that adjusting to the speed and physicality of the NBA game is a process.
